No shampoo available. We didn't have any in our room and the front desk said they were completely out. This is unacceptable as one of the main reasons for a hotel room is to shower and sleep everything else is extra.

Told me my room was canceled upon arrival. Then said she reversed the cancellation and it was only for a single bed, I reserved a 2 queen beds, she changed it to 2 queen beds. Received a call about midnight asking if we were going to check in, I informed the guy on the phone that we already checked in and confirmed my room number. He said I wasn’t charged twice, but I actually have been, once through Expedia and once at the hotel. I am now requesting a refund and will stay somewhere else next time as this has become a hassle & a headache.

If you need a room for a night or two, this will do. This place has so much potential but…well…it doesn’t get the foot traffic necessary to make the needed changes. The Pool is closed. The Gym is closed. The exterior doors need repairs. Trash debris is prevalent outside. My room was spacious which was a bonus. Also the windows open so that allows fresh air ventilation! That a bonus!!! Two Best Things about this place- THE STAFF are friendly. And…it’s overall quiet. For the price- it all makes sense.
