Great hotel located in the middle of Shiba Park. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable, and the view of the city was incredible.

Good 5 star hotel with amazing views of the Tokyo Tower. The rooms were spacious and luxurious but everything had a surcharge, coming from a 4 star hotel in Osaka that felt even more luxurious and with more amenities this hotel seemed a bit lacking, however this is Tokyo, not Osaka so everything will be expensive. The rooms seem a bit outdated, when we took a shower the room will fill with steam tramping on the views form the windows. The staff was kind and friendly. They offer a free shuttle to the Hamamatsucho station (where you can take the monorail to HANEDA airport).

It had been two since last visiting and the service level was very poor in contrast. I can imagine with such a massive uptick in tourism it has hugely impacted the workers and ultimately, that trickles down to service level. Got the feeling I was not wanted at the hotel. Was a bit disappointing in comparison to my first time staying.

5 star property and loved everything. Wish I booked the Tokyo tower view. It was a great visit and enjoyed it all.

A very good location to see the tower, but the hotel room itself is a bit of old.

Great view of the Tokyo tower and really enjoyed access to the premier lounge for tea and cocktail. The room looked a little dated and there were scuff marks everywhere at the base of the walls which made it seem less luxurious. However the service and view were superb.

Beautiful hotel with the best breakfast! The variety of quality selections ranged from American to classic eastern cuisine. You have to try their pancakes and the pastries! The front staff was aloof but maybe just those whom we spoke to. The beds were comfortable and the view beautiful!
