Location is really great. Literally 2-3 minutes from the station and across the river so it's not noisy despite being right next to Akihabara. Also lots of transport options available with the JR station as well as stations on the JR Shinjuku line meaning you can go west very easily too.
Staff were were friendly and helpful and could speak English too.

"We had a great stay. Check in was easy, the rooms are clean and the staff was great. The location is close to a lot, less than 10 minutes to the train station. Only downside is the age of the bldg, internet and phones were not working."
