Absolutely amazing stay. I’ve stayed at multiple hotels in the area, and this is the best by far. For the price, the size of the room was enormous(by tokyo standards). Shower/Bath was great. Love that the toilet was in a separate room. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Definitely coming back next year!

The rooms we stayed in were pretty good and bigger than we expected. The bathroom and walk-in shower was great (no bathtub). Staff were very helpful. Drinks (tea, coffee, juices) provided throughout from the afternoon in the dining area. Sensoji temple, restaurants and hundred of shops, train stations (Asakusa, Tawaramachi) are within short walking distance.
Overall, very happy to have stayed here. Highly recommended!

"Chisun Grand Nagano was a great place to stay for our one night in Nagano. The rooms were relatively spacious for Japan hotels and very clean and comfortable. The room even has a massage chair!!! The staff was very helpful with checking in, storing luggage, and shipping luggage to our next stop. ..."
