Very clean. Location is excellent, just 2 minutes walk to Kyoto station. Lots of restaurant options in the area and all are walking distance. The hotel has very nice and big bathroom. Staff are courteous.

Next to Kyoto train station, which is spectacular in its own way. Amazing eats. Really a shopping centre and centre of the city.

Everything is good. Location is excellent. The room is kinds of small, but probably typical in Japan.
