The ac would not work for the room, and there was a hidden 200 yen per person fee as well 1500 parking fee

Staff was great, miss Sakai especially like. The pillows were so comfy, memory foam. Room was Big

Awesome new hotel close to Jujo subway station

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Ariston. The location was an easy walk to the Jujo subway station, the staff were always friendly and welcoming and the hotel itself is relatively new. All in all it was a excellent base for us for 12 nights.

A hotel with good atmosphere and tasty breakfast

Pros: In my opinion, the hall in Japanese style and breakfast are both perfect enough.
Cons: I have no complaints, but I would be happier if the business hours of bar on the first floor can be longer.
Location: Take Route 2 from Kyoto to Jyujyo, then take a three minutes’ walk to the hotel.
The hotel is near subway station Jyujyo, and it is only 2 stations’ distance away from Kyoto. Seen afar, the hotel is elegant and delicate in decoration, which makes me expect a lot before entering it. Being in the hotel, the broad hall which combines the characteristics of Japan and western countries makes me feel comfortable. As it is a new-built hotel, the rooms are extremely clean and tidy, and the bed is also very soft, so I am satisfied for the one night’s stay without any complaints. The breakfast of the next day is also perfect. There are not only Japanese food which only can be ate in Kyoto, but also western breakfast like salad and bread. The breakfast is self-served, therefore, various delicacies can be enjoyed, which makes me happy from the beginning of day. Who sat near me are groups of foreign tourists in the morning, they all enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel is not only suitable for Japanese, but also for foreign tourists.

ベットの下にお菓子の食べカスがあった。 布団が破れていた。 携帯の充電器があれば良かった。 ベットが固くて腰が痛い。 朝バイキングは値段の割に京都らしい食べ物が少なすぎた。 スタッフの駐車場案内や部屋については良かった。 スタッフはハキハキしていてよかった。 ユニットバスは綺麗なだった。 部屋の床が汚いところが目立った。 部屋の入り口にスリッパと靴の境界線があれば、汚くなりにくいのかもしれない。

まあまあです。価格は京都にしてはリーズナブルで朝食もバラエティーがありました。
