Good location
Posted 14 Jun 2024 on HotelsExcellent location with a Familymart, restaurants and retailers nearby. The Shinsaibashi shopping street is just downstairs. Convenient to have a washing machine in the room. However to dry your clothes you must use the shower room which can be heated.

We only stayed one night in this hotel but found it to be a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Easy check-in. King beds are two doubles pressed together, making huge beds. Large rooms, nice room amenities.

The noise from the street was very loud at night. The room was very spacious and modern. It was nice to have laundry and an outdoor deck to dry clothes.

Great place to stay in the Shinsaibashi area. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby, plus close to transport, Osaka Castle and the Canal. Very clean and quite spacious.

One to two nights max
Posted 27 Mar 2024 on HotelsVery good location- close to many dining and shopping options. I did not like that the front desk only opened from 9am to 10pm. They were also not very helpful when I needed to book a taxi. Additionally, only a single elevator that only fit 2 people at a time.
