Cleanliness can be improved
Posted 26 Jan 2020 on HotelsNot too far a walk from Shinsaibashi station. Room was okay, toilet was not in very good condition and the blow dryer had a lot of dust inside. Bath tub handle was broken as well. I liked the bouncy bed and the location was great as it was near Dotombori.

Posted 25 Dec 2019 on HotelsLocation, location. A short walk to Dotombori and every street you walk down has something going on. In the heart of the dining and clubbing area, but when in your room you wouldn’t know it.

First, it's a Japanese love hotel, which means you can book in 2 hour slots... I was not aware of this when I first viewed this hotel.
The bathroom was not clean at all.. when I brought this up with reception they told me it couldn't be helped... They can't even come and give it another clean??
When I replied :( via the 'are you happy with your check-in' email, they wrote the complaints had been resolved when it hadn't, and wrote I had a problem with the view, which I didn't. It's a complete game to them to keep my money. I don't think this hotel should be on this website.
I didn't stay in the end, I just took the train back home to Tokyo a day early.
0/10 - Disgusting service.
