Great place, room was huge with tall ceilings adding to luxurious feel, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Booked reservation 2 months ahead of time. Travelled to milwaukee to attend a concert across the street the street from hotel. Called the day before to see if i could add a rollaway bed to the room, and was told by reservations that a note was added acknowledging our request. Arrived at the hotel at 6PM. Was told that our reservation had been cancelled. The front desk said it was expedias fault that they had overbooked the hotel, and even after i pointed out that i had booked two months in advance they claimed it was they had no way of knowing when my reservation was made. They offered a hotel 15 minutes away. Frankly, this whole experience put me off ever staying at a Residence Inn. Seems that cant be held to honor their reservations.
Ended up driving all the way back to central illinois that evening.

Hello David, I'm very sorry about your experience at the Residence Inn. Unfortunately due to situations that may arise, we occasionally become overbooked. The day of your arrival was one of those days. However we did offer you comparable accommodations fully paid for by us at another Marriott hotel.

From the manager to staff they was awesome and very nice and helpful they make sure your stay is safe and very comfortable it was my birthday weekend they surprise me with flowers and a cake I never went to a hotel that went over and beyond for me and it’s close to all the bars

Tall ceilings , neat kitchenette, a pretty view , quick check in / out , but should be a bit cleaner in elevator , & bathrooms .
