The Staff was excellent! Other than the smoke smell from the bathroom, my room was very comfortable.

The room was okay EXCEPT for the couch in our room. We are a family of 7 so we need all spaces accessible to us. The couch was so nasty I wouldn't even allow my children to sit on it. There were stains, wet spots, and it had an odor. One of the bathrooms had poop on the toilet seat. Overall, I would not recommend. Total waste of money!

Very well thought- out suite hotel. Front desk staff- fellow named Demani- was courteous and efficient. A great representative of the organization.
Although i am a luddite, i will say the room needed a bigger more contemporary TV! I suspect thats in the upgrade plans.

The staff were nice, breakfast was a bit hectic due to a large sum of people eating at once, so there was some congestion around the waffle makers and food was making its way out as they could.
Also hoping hotels start having bedding in rooms for pull out couches so you don't have to bother staff to supply them.
