Upon checking in I was informed that room would be cleaned only every other day. Moreover that there was a $10 a day charge for parking in the motel parking lot! This is an airport motel, not downtown or close to any attraction. Due to lack of cleaning, the halls are cluttered with waste paper baskets, used towels, it looked terrible. I’ll never stay at this place again.

Thank you for the feedback, sir. In an effort to improve and become a greener facility it is true that our guest rooms are cleaned every other day when occupied. However, housekeeping daily is available upon request. The details of this are in the guest room restrooms. That being said, our public spaces are cleaned multiple times daily. I will make sure to speak with my head of housekeeping regarding this information to make sure that our standards are being upkept in all public areas. Thank you again and have a wonderful day
