No charging outlet next to bed. Hot tub in room didnt work. Tv in bedroom didnt work, even after requesting service the tv in thwbliving room worked but only 3 channels. The room was big and cleaniness was okay.

Location was good; room was clean. Room #902.
But the room had no windows! When I checked in, I was asked if I wanted a upper-floor room or lower-floor, and I asked for upper-floor for the view! We had to walk around a corner in our room and down a short hall to see out underneath a fire escape.
Also, the room had no soap, only shampoo, conditioner, etc.

Convenient location downtown. Plenty of parking around. Basic room, pillows were really uncomfortable to me so it was hard to sleep. Pool and hot tub were closed(one of the main reasons we were staying was to enjoy that) so that was kind of lame. Front desk agent was very polite and greeted us every time we left and came back. Would consider staying again if i bring my own pillow and the pool opens back up
