Found someones dirty laundry in the drawers. The rest of the drawers were filthy.
Wifi turned off at 20:00 and stayed off.
Tv was a big as the palm of my hand- I'm not kidding.
All this for £70 a night. What a joke!

We apologise unreservedly for the state of the drawers, this is unacceptable and will be addressed. However, our 19" tv's have never caused an issue before and are quite clearly much larger than the palm of your hand. We have shared bathrooms with some of our rooms as or building is 200 years old and difficult to adjust, I'm afraid this is very clearly stated on the room that you booked. We had a technical issue with our wifi, however it was back in service by 20:53. We are very sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay.

Great value overnight stay
Posted 6 Sep 2021 on HotelsGreat breakfast. Although bathroom was shared I used it as if it was my own! Friendly helpful staff. My WiFi didn’t work well from my room so had to access it in public downstairs. Opportunity to meet the locals!
Walls or rooms are paper thin as it is an old building so take sleeping ear plugs if you are sound sensitive

Good for our stopover
Posted 21 Sep 2020 on HotelsQuiet - by the road but v.little road noise. Bathroom layout a bit quirky but made best use of the space. Comfortable and clean, with a friendly welcome and good breakfast - perfect for our one night stopover.
