I was disappointed with the stay at the hotel as we selected this hotel only for the swimming pool with my son. On arrival no one informed us that the swimming pool was out of order from the previous Thursday. We found out when we went down to use the pool.
If the holiday inn staff would have informed us in-advanced or at check in but nothing. Poor customer service.
Secondly the rooms are large and very comfortable but the shower water pressure was terrible even for a man getting showered. Would certainly consider staying somewhere else when back in MK.
As I normally stay at the holiday inn shepperton and have never had any issues. So hope this is a one off but it did dampen the trip with my son.

Staff are friendly and helpful
The hotel is clean and room’s extremely comfortable
Located within a five minute walk from the city center and train station
The restaurant food is delicious and affordable
Would definitely stay there again

I like the room very spacious.also very quiet. Lot shops close to hotel
I didnt like the cleaning staff you put up clean your room they just skip past your room

Good breakfast and comfortable beds. Parking spaces are not enough for the size of the hotel.

Not aware there was a private event the weekend of our stay. So we didnt get a chance to dine in the restaurant. Which also leads on to question why the staff put us a room the same side of the event. We have a 7 month baby and heard drunk people shouting and singing until 3am. If we knew we wouldnt have booked this hotel

Very sad rooms and in desperate need of a massive Reno. Ac doesn’t work. Windows don’t
Open. Safe locks on doors are absent as is telephones.
