Tired bathrooms, in need of a refit, broken tiles, mold on ceiling not great for the money paid. :(

Close to the city centre, also to the M1. Petrol stations close by too, along with restaurants a lake and walks around the lake.
Staff were really friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast provided with the room
Overall probably my favourite hotel in MK.

The room is big enough for the family with 2 kids. The direction sign is sufficient for leading you to your designated room.
It would be great if the variety of TV channels were much more including kids/cartoon channel.
The car park lining could be outline clearer.

Staff went above and Beyond to help us after arriving late having flown into England late in the evening. Price was amazing for what we received. Will definitely use again if in the area.
One downfall was lack of direction in finding the location. Sat Nav only had postal code to go on and the area did not have good signage for us to find them easily.

Horrible experience. Zero cleanliness dusty and dirty Rooms. Waste of money

A good example of the Holiday Inn Express brand. No fuss, but nothing was too much trouble for the staff team.
