Was safer than expected. $50/day valet is worth it. Don’t have to worry about your car getting stolen or broken into. Did not hear the club next door like some reviews say. Bart is only 3 blocks away. Lyft will pick you up in the front. Got to the Oakland arena in 15 minutes. Free Breakfast looked good because it was packed on a Sunday morning so I didn’t have time to eat. I saw a waffle iron though. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Bathrooms are real nice. If there’s anything to wish for better, it’s be the bathroom door actually be a door, not a sliding hangar type contraption that doesn’t full shut and no lock. 9/10

First Hampton Inn I stayed where you are greeted with grumpy staff and torn sofa Worst thing was being distrubed three times during business meetings on my last day. I had paid and got stay extended for important meetings online. Despite calls to front desk (the person was rude), there were three interruptions for the duration I had paid for. Absolutely poor customer experience
