Asked for adjoining rooms - at minimum next to each other.. Didn't get either. Reservation made months,ahead of stay

Hello Janet. So sorry you were disappointed during your stay! We take matters like this seriously. However, after reviewing your 3rd party reservation we see no requests noted. Typically when multiple rooms are booked under the same name we do our best to keep them near one another. In this instance, we do only see one reservation in your name which is likely why we did not know you had multiple rooms. Again, we apologize that you were inconvenienced.

Very efficient and knowledgeable front desk. A excellent place to stay. Room very clean and jusr a very beautiful place to stay overnight.
