Front desk girl was super nice, but the room itself left things desired. What I couldn’t understand is how someone can say they cleaned and left pink mildew all over the faucet and shower! Ewwww

Clean, ran out of coffee, little noisy, some of the noise was beyond the hotels ability though

The bathroom could have been much cleaner. The bathroom door had visible dirt and stickiness. The shower had scum around where tile met bathtub.
The elevator and area around elevator on third floor was not clean.

It suppose to be a SMOKE FREE PROPERTY BUT THEY LET THEM SMOKE IF THEY PAY THE 250.00 so the KB NS room i reserved was DRITY AND FILLED WITH SMOKE..HOUSE KEEPING LEFT A DIRTY BATH SPONGE IN THE SHOWER FRONT DESK HAD TO COME IN AND CLEAN THE ROOM AND SPRAY SOME DISINFECTING SPRAY FOR THE VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD ORDER..AND NO CAME TO TALK TO US OR GAVE US A DISCOUNT..NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY THERE…
