"Really nice hotel away from the crowds of the city center. The palace gardens are literally across the street and the subway stop is right on the corner. It’s very convenient. I had a premium room and it was very spacious and the bathroom was huge. The included breakfast is substantial and is very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only caution is to remember that Austria is very strict about running AC. It shuts off at night if the outside temperature drops below a certain point....

"I enjoyed the stay. We had two rooms and in one the AC worked better than the other room, but we brought a fan so that helped. We parked under the hotel in a U.S. sized van at 2M high and it was easy, plenty of room. Driving into the city was tight but eh, we survived. Bed was a little stiff and pillow was just ok. Breakfast had the most vegan and vegetarian offers that I have seen anywhere in Europe. Quite extensive. Only had one coffee machine for so many people. Weird. Coffee wasn't that...
