I left at 10 am asked FOR MAID SERVICE , returned at 5pm andy room was still uncleaned.

The bathrooms need to be completely gutted. They are in bad condition. Dented outer doors. No lock on the inside of the door.
Towels and bedding were clean.
Front desk staff was friendly.

I checked in opened the door to the room, looked around and walked right back out did not stay there. I wouldn't put the boarder imagrents there to stay.

The room was not very clean. The outlets by the bed were hanging off the wall and were full of dust. That night there was no hot water in the shower, and the handle and faucet seemed like it was falling apart. We needed a cheaper place to stay in the area because of the music festival, but next time I will spend more. Also there was a double hold on my card, and they took a photo copy of my card and ID. Hoping I don’t get double charged. Not a good experience at all. Of we didn’t need to drive back home 3 hours, we would have probably left
