Hello Robert, I am sorry to hear you felt you had unhelpful staff. We pride ourselves on our friendly and personalised customer service. Please note the online booking was made after hours and the office had already closed. Our staff member attended to Christopher outside of office hours and upon gaining the knowledge he lived in Mildura, he was politely advised we are unable to accept local guests. I had the opportunity to speak to Christopher over the phone and explained to him what was required to ensure he would receive a full refund. The booking was made and paid for via a third party booking agency, which meant that we were unable to refund the charges, as we had not received payment. He was pleasant to speak with and we had what I thought was a reasonable conversation. Once we were contacted by the third party booking agent, we approved the cancellation straight away to ensure you were not without your funds. I hope this explanation meets your satisfaction and trust that you will understand our position.
