All the staff at the Riverside were amazing. Special shout-out to Suzanne who went above & beyond to make our stay so welcoming ❤️

The hotel is exquisite and inviting. Although it is a very old building, it has immense charm.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Food first class, in quantity and quality. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. Would thoroughly recommend.

AMAZING staff!
Posted 6 May 2024 on HotelsI had a lovely large clean room. What impressed me more than anything else was that every single member of staff was unfailingly helpful and cheerful. It was so noticeable. nothing was a problem nor too much trouble.....never stayed anywhere where the staff were so good.
