Great, friendly, caring staff

Superb staff. They went out of their way to make our stay as great as possible. My family were treated like royalty, and all we did was show up looking really tired after a delay filled 24 hour journey. This human touch was really appreciated by my family. We can't express our thanks enough. We look forward to returning and spending more time in such a wonderful hotel and city. Dining and rooms awesome also, suite easily supported the 5 of us.

Felt like returning home

We had the same apartment we had earlier in december. we were back for a follow up visit for our son. We felt like returning home. Everything was great. There was a bottle of water waiting for us at the room.

Great stay at the property. We arrived around 10:30am, welcomed by the front desk staff and was able to enter the room right away. The room is spacious, separate living room and bedroom with many storage places. Large balcony. The front desk staff Simona was extremely professional, very helpful and always smile. Free parking on the site. The property outside door is closed during the night makes it even more safe and secure. Great stay!!

I have had some problem with the reservation, because the hotel did not accept the prepaied card, but I solved with a money transfert from my bank.
