Lisa at the front desk was amazing. In 45 years of travel I have never met a friendlier, nicer house out of her way person.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Hotel is very nice and rooms are good quality. This is my third time staying here and I will be back. Great neighborhood and only about 12 minute walk to the Cadorna train station.

Very nice hotel

The hotel was very nice, clean, well managed and the staff was nice and sweet. The location is very good. The feeling is warm since the hotel is different from others where they seems huge and no soul.

They gave me a room next to front desk at lobby with handicap bathroom! No bathtub! The window opened to a very crappy back yard! I felt insulted and frustrated after I complained and they didn’t do anything about it at all! Zero effort! They blamed it on Expedia not exposing the room! Had to block my credit card since they were charging me for stuff without my permission! Terrible nasty breakfast! I will never ever go back there and give them a 1 star!

Being an exclusive Boutique Hotel of few accomodations We perfectly know your case, even if you choose to keep your feedback anonymous, We are saddened to read your comments since honestly there was the hope by entire team that you would have recognized your booking’ mistake and accepted our genuine invitation and support in order to possibly follow your next reservation. Having said that We would love to remind you and all our guests that We offer different room typologies and prices in order to give a taylor made solution for each one of our guests. Our typology starts from a basic single Deluxe room (that unfortunately, and as per proper descriptions has NOT the bathtub differently from what you assumed), to Superior, Exclusive and larger Junior Suites and unique Executive and Luxury suite accomodations. Even though when it is possible We randomly upgrade some guests as a special gift or offer them discounted rates for upgrades, obviously it is more likely (especially when the hotel is fully booked) to actually being assigned what it has been confirmed at the time of the booking (like in your case). Your feedback is very important to us, even thou’ We don’t understand your consideration about our breakfast since unfortunately you did not gave us the chance to let our butlers pamper you with our served breakfast (always by mistake, We consider you did not choose at the time of your booking to add our served breakfast) Anyway, as you know, Your feedback is very important and We deeply regret you had a bad memory of your staying but We hope We will manage to shed some light on your unsolved doubts with this answer and assist you directly for your next visit in Milan At your disposal

Great location!!! Overall hotel is ok but I didn’t spend much time staying in as I was busy exploring milan. Easy to reach by foot all my favourite places...
