The hotel room was nice and very clean. We enjoyed the bar at the hotel. Otherwise, we would not recommend this place at all. The staff at the front desk was incredibly rude and seemed so put out at any request. One of our travelers and we asked for extra pillows. You would’ve thought we were asking them for the world. Extremely rude! The hotel doesn’t have any restaurants nearby. It’s a hike to get to a restaurant. It was located by the metro so that was convenient. I would never stay here again solely based on the attitudes of the men who worked at the front desk.

The staff were very helpful and friendly making my long stay more pleasant and enjoyable. All staff members from porters, to waitresses and waiters and front desk staff were always attentive and capable to resolve any issues, answering questions and assisting or even anticipating.

Overall good experience. The one thing that was not convincing to me was the surrounding area of th hotel. The neighbourhood is fairly dirty, noisy, I didn’t feel the safest. Another thing that I did not like was the fact the bathroom was not the cleanest and I found food that was stuck to the bench by the close. I am a clean freak and I can not expect for all hotels to be up to my standard. Regardless, the staff was welcoming especially the front desk.
