Staff was friendly and helpful, just not there 24/7. I found the bed a little uncomfortable ( too hard).

It was nice to have the convenience of an airplane shuttle service & restaurant downstairs. The room was clean & comfortable & rain shower was one of the better ones compared to other hotels.

Very nice inexpensive place to stay near airport. Staff are lovely. Property is old and has quirks, but it was perfect for my needs!

Very efficient with checking in and out. Shuttle service very professional and polite person, leaving you in your departure area. The restaurant and their pizzeria is highly recommended.
I was missing an elevator.

Great visit again to Sempione Hotel, only downside was told kitchen closing 930-10pm, people still arriving at 1030pm, had eaten elsewhere as didn't want to risk no dinner. I'll know for next time, will be back. Many thanx.

Is very convenient and close to Malpensa airport, the free shuttle is a great convenience, and the restaurant of the hotel serves amazing food at a very reasonable price.
