We booked this room near the airport so we could get a good night of sleep before an early flight. However, several dozen guests were noisy throughout the hotel lobby and parking lot (outside my window) until 1:00 am. When I asked the front desk attendant about it, he said there was nothing he would do. The air conditioning in the room also did not work. We ended up not getting any sleep. Do not use this hotel if you need to sleep at night. The rooms are very noisy and hot.

It is located inconvenient and quite location with limited transportation. Unless driving, it is not very good choice.

The staff were friendly but they over charged for3 nights just for us landing and sleeping it cost £100 and the rest of the nights was ok. They did their best but could of done better. We spent £470 on a 3 night stay which it told us originally £373 and they charge for drinking their water but don't tell us. There were limited Italian workers that spoke English and when we got there there was no one at the front desk ... Charge less prices if someone is gonna just land and sleep like maybe £50 ... Crazy !!

Dear guest,we are quite surprised to read your review; first of all beacause of the fact that you made your reservation on Expedia where it is always quite clear the price you are going to pay each night when booking through these e-platfroms; no extra cost was added apart from the extras you had from bar/minibar. The minibar price list is placed in each room. Our reception is 24hrs open; when you entered in the hotel, our receptionist was helping a couple of guests using air conditioning system in their room; same she did for you when you needed help for using your room card; and she did come for your check in in just a few minutes.All of our reception team speaks english fluently, as expected in a four stars Hotel so we do not understand which member of the staff you are addressing your complaint to.Best regards.

A perfect, clean and pleasant hotel in Lombardy

Arrived at the hotel very late into the evening after public transport strikes in Milan (with 5 minutes notice!) threw plans into disarray. Regardless, was greeted very kindly by the receptionist at the hotel, who spoke good English - and explained some housekeeping details. I did struggle to get power to the room at first - the location of the card-holder seemed quite odd. The TV only showed Italian channels, which might not be ideal if you plan to spend more time in the hotel relaxing. The beds were a good quality - comfortable, and I had two great nights' sleep. The bathroom was well stocked with toiletries and very clean. The room was spacious enough. Minibar had Moretti, fanta, coca-cola and water but only one of each. Fine for me as I was a solo traveller, but not sure if they add more if there are more people in the room. Room was cleaned (and organised!) very well by staff in the morning, was pleasant to see when I returned on the second evening. Hotel is situated next to a local ambulance station. My room was the closest to the station (215) but the soundproofing is so good I could barely hear the sirens and it wasn't an issue. Transport links to the village are poor. I was lucky to have a friend who lives locally to pick me up and drive me around but the last bus is 6pm - none on Sundays. Buscate is a nice quaint village with a supermarket and some cafés, not much else of note. I can see why the hotel is so highly rated and would definitely go again.
