The area around the hotel felt unsafe. Lots of graffiti and trash.

Zero customer service and support. Lost an item it’s was nightmare to reach out to someone to help find it.

This property is filled with mosquitoes from the lobby to the rooms. My children were bitten and left with swollen body. I can share pictures. If you are going to this property you need to be prepared for this. The staffs are not helpful at all.

Excellent staff especially Yuri but worst experience ever with the property condition. Broken window handles, poor AC, bathroom needs immediate upgrading, broken pool tiles / shower. Not recommended at all.

Lovely swimming pool

Great location for us with parking. Tram stop and metro right outside hotel. The pool was fabulous with sun loungers on a grassy area. Breakfast was included and was good but thought the food in the evenings not very good so chose to eat out after the first night.

Great clean hotel 5 mins walk from the metro to go direct in to Duomo. Not many food options or convenience stores nearby only negative
