The beds are very soft. The first room had a septic stench and we had to move rooms. Not able to control temperature and tv did not work

Housekeeping
Posted 22 Sep 2024 on HotelsEverything was great the only issue was housekeeping did not clean the room or replace the toilet paper clean the coffee cups and the coffee machine didn’t work. Spoke to reception and they did follow up the following day with better service

Extremely overpriced. Staff are ok but service can be slow. Convenient location and very walkable but I think it was overhyped in general.
