The beds are very soft. The first room had a septic stench and we had to move rooms. Not able to control temperature and tv did not work

Extremely overpriced. Staff are ok but service can be slow. Convenient location and very walkable but I think it was overhyped in general.

Clean, safe lovely hotel. Very modern and great location / routes on the metro.

The hotel was comfortable and quiet, specially the VIP floor. It is 25 min walk to the Duomo and all the shops, so quite a walk.
It offers a really nice breakfast and also has a good restaurant on site.
The staff was friendly and responsive when needed.
Woukd definitely recommend!

Our original room AC was not working so next morning staff was really nice and changed the room for us. Location is 20 min walking distance from Duomo.
