The hotel was centrally located which was very convenient. Walking distance to the Duomo, hop on and hop off bus (which was an excellent 2hour tour), Galleria and shopping areas. The hotel was clean and the staff was excellent. My only objection was that I asked them to turn up the thermostat as I was cold…it seemed like they did but the fan only blew out cold air?

1- Location is central to downtown
2- Breakfast is excellent
3- F&B staff are very pleasant
4- Reception staff are accommodating
5- Price is a bit higher than expected.
