This review is for the property at san pietro all’orto- it was a fantastic location on a quiet street very close to all the main attractions. The host was available for questions and very helpful and accommodating. And the sofa bed was the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept on!

The apartment was large, clean, and a great location. We loved being able to do our laundry.The property manager was in constant contact checking in to see if we needed anything. He was very accommodating. We were given very clear instructions on how to enter the apartment. We were sent a video. It was very easy to do. The apartment was a great location it was not far from the trains, the Duomo, shopping, restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

Location to the major sightseeing attractions was the biggest plus. It was also close to shopping and restaurants. Transportation in the area was awesome, close access to trains, buses, taxis. By close, I mean within a block or less. Sound proof windows helped a lot to seal out most of the downtown noise. Any questions we had were answered promptly by our contact with the property. Our contact was awesome.

Location , location , location ! The apartment it’s close to the Milan Duomo and so many tourist attractions , grocery store a block from it , nice tiny restaurants , public transportation and so many more ! The apartament was super cute and clean , they offer a clean services , the host contact me everyday to see how I was doing and if I need anything , super attentive , I will return

Milan retreats were a pleasure to deal with. They were very responsive and helpful and very friendly. The buildings location is very convenient and in the midst of all the action. We enjoyed our stay overall. I believe they need a little attention to the cleanliness of the building and provide a little more safety in door locks.

The location is great close to most major attractions by walking. The property is disappointing with stuffy room and unpleasant smell a couple of plugs are not working and poor linen quality. They changed their address so we had to walk with heavy suitcases from the original location. It’s not worth with the money we spent on this property.

STAY AWAY- the property said city view but it was a dirty courtyard wall and view of recycle bins, the air conditioner was broken and when i complained they called me a lyer and said it was working, after i kept complaing, they sent over 2 repair men and they agreed it did not work, the shower & sink leaked water all over the floor....making me slip & fall. Their customer service was horrible, they just kept by-passing the problem, just waiting for you to check out, they wont pick up the phone or respond to emails, another gharbage company!. It was very uncomfortable with NO air, had towels all over the floor, this was NOT a good place. AVOID IT
