We loved the lobby. Room had nice wood floors, large comfortable bed, plenty of supplies of toiletries, coffee/tea. Very helpful staff. Overall, nice hotel.

We were given a room that was not set up for guests to stay in. It was like an empty dungeon. There was no other furniture other than a bed and a tv table. There were barely any lights in the room. A few minutes into our stay, a staff member opened the room without knocking on the door. It felt like we were thrown into a random room and there was no system to set this room up or know if there was someone inside or not. The phone was literally broken so we couldn’t call reception. The location of the property is in a run down area of Milan. I’ve had much better experiences in 3 star hotels than I had in this 5 star hotel.

Need to get a taxi or metro to go sight seeing , such as da Vinci last supper, shopping etc…
