The personnel is always making sure that your stay is agreable and if anything is needed there are available to answer to your needs. Special thank you to the young Asian lady ( forgive me for not knowing your name ) who made the reservation at a great restaurant and was always ready to help. All the staff is smiling and making sure that our needs and requests are fulfilled, but a special thank you to Luca with whom we had great laughs and conversation every night when we returned from our dinner.

Room is small but great and efficient. Bathroom was pefect. Michelin star restaurant down the street. Breakfast was the best and front desk people were super nice. Highly recommend.

Great staff. Small room but clean and comfortable. Bathroom had a broken toilet seat and the shower door was off track. But overall, served us well for a one night stay!

The property is old and even uses regular physical keys to access the room with these
King size keys and only have one. We lost power one time. Overall, not a great experience.
