Honestly did not live up to the expected quality and name of Ibis. I’m not sure if South Korea just has better brand quality or not but I was surprised by my stay here.

Old hotel needs some improvements. I talked to the receptionist Christian he said their AC is not working so when I opened the window the mosquitoes were coming inside and you can hear the noise from outside. No choice but to close it I called back the receptionist and as if he was tired, Im not overreacting but when he answered the phone he as if he has some attitude with me I told him about the internet connection l, the last name and the password doesn’t work so he gave me a code instead which by the way their internet is not that good. I just have to use my own data. The only one thing that I like is the 5 euros per person for the hotel shuttle. We stayed there for a night we arrived around almost 11pm and left 6am to catch the morning flight we taught we can at least rest and be comfortable for a night but we were wrong. The TV isn’t working either. We paid almost $150 for a night but for me it’s not worth it.

We went down on our last day to have breakfast. We arrived about 9 AM but there wasn’t any food. The attendant was still going to charge us, but we told her we would go somewhere else and walked away. The front staff and the hotel lobby was very apologetic.
