Not So Lovely In Milano
Posted 20 Aug 2017 on HotelsI knew we were booking a budget hotel, I just didn't realize how "budget" things could be. WARNING, tiny beds and no A/C, not even a room fan.
What got me though is that I felt we got taken by this cash only "city tax" they collect at check in. I thought it was supposed to be 2 euro per person per night. Two of us shared the room for three nights and we were hit for 42 euro. Shame on you !
I will say that I LOVED hanging out across the street at Rosso Mattone Ristorante Pizzeria. The waiter Rocco (sp?) who called me "Boss" couldn't have been nicer or more generous to weary travelers. The food was great, and reasonably priced. Thanks Bossman Two !

Rude staffs, very noise place ( staff doing so much noise either after midnight), specially by the reception area. Very expensive taxes charged without saying in the booking.

Posted 3 Feb 2017The room was dirty, cold and lack the minimal comforts. Staff asked to charge extra money for additional towel due to no bath rug. Money charge wasn't working and management made it sound like it was our problem and we needed to solve it.

Service was not bad, but the window wouldn't stay closed, you have to leave your key at the desk if you leave the property, and they didn't give you a key to the outer gate. When we arrived, another customer was threatening to call the polizia on the hotel worker. Not terrible, but not a place that you feel particularly safe.

Posted 19 Apr 2016 on HotelsIf you enjoy a relatively quiet night, don't stay here. The room was large and clean, the shower had some mold, but the experience wrecker was the party like atmosphere outside the hotel and in the hallway after dark.

Great location. Walking distance to train station
Posted 5 Jan 2016Ok for short stop when needing a place to sleep. It was about a 5 to 7 minute walk from the Milano Centrale train station. No signs visible for where to go to but Google maps brought us right there and someone came to the gate right away to let us in. Floors were very dirty but otherwise ok and beds fairly comfortable.

Pros: Location, quiet, clean
Cons: New towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, & hairdryer.
better pillows.
Location: Location is great, close to central train station but better directions on which side of station terminal to exit. A description of landmarks, etc...
It's clean, semi- comfort, quiet, and convenient to the Milan Central Station, its the place to stay cheap.
