Helpful staff .
Even we has to leave hotel early before breakfast time. Jimmy, the staff, always helpful try to give us something to eat ...

Hotel was in a great spot, overall wasn’t bad, however when I got to go get into my bed there was something stuck on to my bed sheets, it was too late andto go down and talk to the front desk person and I was extremely tired so I stretched it of with a key. Bathroom needs lots of work as the vent and light makes lot of noise. The bed and pillows were good and firm. The elevator in the building was very small and felt unsafe as it would bounce around a lot while your inside and was extremely slow.

Did not clean rooms well and very loud from other rooms. Cant beat location and staff were wonderful

The only good thing was the location. Nothing worked in my room, AC did not work, even after telling the front desk no action was taken. Too loud as the tram is right in front of the hotel. The best thing was the location and that’s pretty much it.
