This is an hotel with good location in an hotel crowded area. Lots of eating options around And probably the best is it’s proximity to the train station connecting Milano with other cities.

The location is absolutely great for arrivals at Milan Centrale. The reception staff were fantastic and so helpful in every way!! The hotel was clean although small. We would stay again for sure.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel, being so close to Milan Central Station, as often station areas are a little down at heel. The reception staff were very helpful, and the room was comfortable. It had lovely restaurants close by and the station and metro were a stone's throw, which was ideal. Great value for money.

Great little gem

The staff was beyond friendly, so kind and helpful every time we had a question. The location was great near central station. Several little restaurants nearby. The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. It was a good price and can’t be beat.

A charming hotel

The staff at the front desk was most helpful. The room was larger than anticipated. The bathroom even had an outlet for both 110 and 220, and a way for us to use our electronics without a converter. Genius! A two minute stroll from the main train station (Centrale Milano), but without the noise.

Hotel garda Is good hotel in milan have great ubication near metro and central railroad station of Milan the staff is very friendly and breakfast is not inclued but is really good. I think the price is high because property is very old need huge renovation. Front of hotel have nice restaurant with nice food and prices not expensive My opinion is 3 of 5 need renovation but for take 1 or 2 night for bussines trip is perfect. Thank you.

Hotel is old building. I don't like rooms' key. I don't like a bathroom pipe are out and be careful it can burst while taking shower. Air conditioner don't work. Rooms are hot in summer even temperature out side low than 16 Celsius.

UNPRECEDENTED SERVICE. Antonio at the front desk is a hero. I came to Milan all the way from Budapest to attempt to rescue a package as good as lost in the Italian Post. In case you don't know, the Italian Post has a pretty poor reputation for reliability. So odds were already against me, not to mention I can't speak Italian and needed to schedule an appointment with the Post to pick up my package by Linate airport. Antonio called the office on my behalf 36 times over the course of a few hours to schedule the appointment for me. He did for me what I couldn't do for myself. This type of persistence goes way beyond the scope of professional expectations. Rather, it shines a light on his exceptional character, which reflects back on my hotel experience positively. The hotel is about a 7 minute walk from Central Station. This makes it convenient for taking the Malpensa Express to Malpensa airport. The rooms and towels were clean. The WiFi was good. Overall, a pleasant experience.
