2024.Oct.13-16 stay: overall: we are very satisfied with this hotel. STAFF: is very helpful & quick to respond to several pre-arrival queries, especially Lesley! Our flight was delayed, we arrived to Milan (MXP) 1hr after our pre-arranged (by hotel) pick up service. Naturally, the driver had left but Lesley resolved it quickly, and we were picked up promptly. It was past 10:30pm & she provided very good restaurant recommendations; she called at 11pm a restaurant to let us dine in spite of fact that we'd be arriving almost at their closing time of 11:30pm. LOCATION: is excellent. Indeed Walkable (10-15min) to the main attractions: Duomo, La Scala, Grand Galleria, shopping areas, etc.. And very convenient Bus stop, a few steps, almost in front hotel, we used it to travel to various areas. BREAKFAST: attentive staff, food reasonable & sufficient, in line with a small venue hotel. CLEANLINESS: our room, bathroom were slick-minimalist, w all necessary modern conveniences, were very clean! so were all the public areas. I'm very sensitive to odours so I was concerned about the reported elevators' bad odour it was not as offensive. We concluded it was possibly due to using a very strongly-perfumed cleaning material/substance.

It is walking distance to the Duomo and Galleria. Many options for cafe and dining

Air conditioner not function and we not put on notice. It’s disagree and limited resolve with fan And open windows. The other service it’s good This a boutique hotel !

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel from October 10 to 12 and unfortunately due to the heating system problem we were not able to sleep for two nights straight. We brought this up to the front desk attention but all they said was that they are aware of the problem with the heating system and have reported it to their maintenance team. We were very tired and we were very hot and my daughter has asthma, so unfortunately that made her feel very sick the entire time and the heating was making her feeling very warm and hot uncomfortable almost as if somebody is running a fever. They do not have air conditioning on and if the heating system was not having an issue, they had the option to turn of the heating system which unfortunately that was broken too which made it a living hell for us while we were there. The area was not safe either and the breakfast was below average. Not staying here anymore

Comfortable size of hotel. 24 hour reception made us feel very safe. Everything was very clean.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was great. The room was clean and spacious. We would stay there again.
