Perfect Location; Easy Stay

We had an enjoyable stay at the apartment in Milan. It was quiet & comfortable and within walking distance of local attractions. The only downside were the platforms & steps in the floor plan. We were a bit nervous that we might fall in the night. Overall, a very nice experience in a lovely building.

Poor quality of guests service
Posted 9 Oct 2021 on HotelsSince the hotel property does not include a reception, the agent already contacted us after the booking approved to confirm the time of the arrival, it is very critical to decide a specific time due to the traffic and airport procedures, therefore an approximate short timeline of 30 mins were provided and we have arrived within the same period but we had to wait 45 mins in the street with the luggages to meet with the agent in order to check in because he was the only person working at that time!!.
However, the agent agreed to extend the time of check out few hours more which was generous and helped us with our luggages in check-in, but we still had to pay a substantial amount to stay as they do not have a storage rooms for our items, moreover we had to save time and transfer our luggage to the main door until the transportation company arrives and they were late and the door man kept on shouting at us to remove the luggage with NO support to find alternatives like taxis
If you are looking for a more guest-friendly stay with supportive staff then this is not the best option for you.

we are sorry about your review, but we tried to do our best to get your stay comfortable.
We gave you a free late check out at 3pm. but you wanted it at 5,so we had ot close availablity and make you pay less than 50% of the day rate.
The issue you had was with the building's porter, who doesn't work for us, because as you may easily reed on expedia you rent a provate apartment and not a hotel with a reception.
We saw the pictures of all of your luggages in the lobby,avopding other guests passing through and honestly speaking your behaviour was not really polite.

Great location in Milan Italy!
Posted 29 Oct 2019 on HotelsWe enjoyed our stay in Milan and Duomo Suites very much. Location was perfectly located and the accommodations were very clean. Please note, the rooms are like "studio" apts. They are compact and there are steps up & down to go from living area to sleeping area and to look out of the window. Several members in our party nearly sprained our ankles because there was an unexpected step up or down to go from bathroom to bed, or to the window or the kitchenette area etc. You really have to pay attention to where you're stepping in those rooms. The room was very nice, and very clean but it is definitely not suitable for small children or disabled persons. (It was kind of dangerous if you're not paying attention.) The check in was easy but you do need to contact the property ahead of time to schedule an appointment as the suites are in a building that it used for other purposes. We were a little surprised because we reserved on Hotels.com so we assumed it was a regular hotel with a lobby, reception desk, etc. It's not. It's more like an AirBnB It was exquisitely clean and well stocked though. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great place in the middle of the city. You can safely walk everywhere. We loved the modern urban compact look of the place. Definitely would recommend.

Firstly the air con was not working and the whole room was full of mosquitos leaving me with over 20 bites. However very nice apartment and very central 5 mins walk from Duomo
