Overall, this is a good property with a competitive rate. Our room, bed and towels however, all smelled like cigar smoke.

The greeting at our check in was less than good, this location was our 2nd stop. We were taken to your other Milan location first. Not being native speakers, we were taken to the Doubletree, then figured out it was the wrong location. The first location was very apologetic and helpful. Especially knowing we were tired and from the travel. They called us another cab and gave a cookie and water and sent us on our way. When we arrived at the correct location, the young man and woman decided to speak Italian and laugh and giggle at what seemed our expense. A very uncomfortable feeling .....
I will go back to choosing other branded properties as I do not get treated like this.
Even Thou this property was clean I rate this experience as POOR.

Vrry comfortable hotel about 20 minute cab ride or hotel shuttle. Nicr restaurant on site, not much nearby.

There was nothing to like about the place. Service was terrible . Staff looked like they didn’t know about what they doing. Food was not good. I scheduled a shuttle ride night before for 11:00 in the morning, we had to wait 2 hrs until it came to pick us up. When made request they never bring us what we asked for. I will never recommend someone to doubletree.
