Very hard to find. It’s a green door with a little hobbit door you enter through. I requested directions from the hotel three times and received nothing.
It’s a full apartment, cute and old. The best thing was it had a washing machine, bring your own detergent. We hung our things to dry overnight and by morning they were good.
It’s on a noisy street. It is very close to the main square. They had a concert the night of our stay and we could hear it.
The pizza place on the corner is VERY good. If you are tired, they are close and have good food.
Very convenient location to a lot of sight seeing.
It wasn’t terrible, just looks like everything needs a good scrub down.

It was not what I was expecting. It was old - I kept getting kicked off the internet, the bed was broken, there was no iron, walls were extremely thin so you could hear people coming in and out all night long. There was no hot water. It was like something you’d see in the movie The Hostel. I’m not sure what the criteria is for hotels to be considered 3 stars on this site but it needs an overhaul 1.5 stars at best.

Posted 4 Feb 2024 on HotelsLooks like a prison, everything is dirty, you can hear everyone either on the other side of the wall or outside, shady. Feels very, very unsafe. The guy is there only for a couple of hours. Looks nothing life the photos. As a female, solo traveler I did not want to stay even one night there. Thankfully I got a different hotel which by the way I recommend wholeheartedly (hotel Vittoria). If you’re thinking about booking this one because it’s 6 min from duomo, don’t. Other, much better hotels in the same price are just as close and are a lot better, cleaner and safer.

Didn’t what I expected, the shower didn’t work, neither did the internet. Most of the wood of the room was rotten and the windows didn’t fully close.

I liked it's location, right by tram, metro and the Cathedral. I didn't like the apartment tv didn't work and after complaining twice, nothing ever happened. Also, the wi-fi is totally arcane and unpractical. Be aware your phone wifi isn't going to work inside the apartment..

This place is old so expect it wouldnt be as clean or nice as a 5 star hotel but its clean and near duomo and shopping its perfrct to go around and come home rest a bit and gonexplore again..no lobby to wait before 3pm but you can def leave bags beforehand there are cleaning people that can assist the bag dropoff.

To start off with, staff were only there from 3pm to 9pm so never actually saw them. Had to pay late check in fee in which we weren’t aware of. All in all the room was nice and was clean. We weren’t given a fresh toilet roll, we ultimately had to buy our own toilet roll because of the lack of staff to ask for it. In the 7 nights we were there no cleaners came in to give us fresh towels, fresh sheets, nothing. One night our electrics and water cut out completely, leaving our phones uncharged and no use of shower in the morning, again due to lack of staff, we couldn’t tell anyone.
