Staff was incredible. Specifically, Thomas in the 6th floor bar was a superstar. He made us feel so welcome and worked extra hard to make sure we had a great time.

Funky, quirky hotel with great staff and comfortable rooms. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. The bar/restaurant on the 6th floor were great. The bartenders up there were fabulous. I stayed only one night as I was flying from Linate so I can’t say much about the location other than it was very convenient for the airport. But I would definitely stay again when I’m next in Milano.

Warning- NO airport transportation!
Posted 16 Oct 2023 on HotelsThe staff (Stephano) was very welcoming and helpful. However, the ad for this hotel said they offer airport transportation and it’s located close to the airport so that’s why we booked it. On the day of check-in, I called to anrrange our shuttle (since it was very early the next day) and the concierge said they don’t actually have any sort of airport transportation. This was very disappointing and frustrating since it’s in their ad and is the only reason we chose this hotel over others.
