The double glazed windows didnt help with the traffic noise throughout the night. Maybe the rooms facing the back would have been quieter.

Great Hotel with swimming pool, location is just off a dual carriageway, free parking, very easy bus and train journey into Milan city centre. fantastic Japanese buffet with sushi and dimsum, it's very good especially if your driving

A great hotel. Staff were amazing and the breakfast was delicious. Close to Milan and close to the airport.

The front desk worker ask pay for extra fee for 2nd person to stay in my room, I paid for it but front desk worker doesn’t send clear info to housekeepers so at beginning three days we didn’t have enough towels ,sanitizer & blankets, especially when we check out I have questions about additional charge but the worker was very impatient to answer me, until now I still don’t understand why there is 20 eur charge for?

Dear Mr. Fu Jung, Thank you for your feedback. As explained by the Front Agent, your reservation was for 1 person only. You arrived with a second person; it is nothing extraordinary to require an extra fee. The amount of 20 per day, that you were asked to pay, includes: - breakfast- usage of water in bathroom (shower etc).- linen (we always provide linen for 2 persons)I hope this clarify your doubts.Should you have further queries, do not hesitate to contact us back.
