Overall a nice place. Beds were a bit uncomfortable bur AC was a god send. Great to have a Smart TV.

Only provide the paper cups in room but it only stay less than a day, suggesting to use other materials cut which can be reused.

Great location and view! Very clean and great breakfast. Perfect for our quick visit in Milan. Loved being steps from the train station!

Nice, convenient hotel across from Milano Centrale. Cozy room perfect for a quick overnight stay. Enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop patio overlooking Piazza Duca d’Aosta. Only undesirable were the water stains on ceiling in bathroom.

am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had during my recent stay, reservation number 72883642329208, on August 23. Upon checking in, the atmosphere was chaotic, with people screaming, making it difficult to communicate with the front desk agent. Despite being two guests, we were only given one key. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the Wi-Fi provided was unsecured, which poses a significant privacy concern.
When I requested an iron, I was informed by the staff at reception, Simone and Edoardo, that I would have to use it in the lobby rather than having one brought to the room. This was highly inconvenient. Furthermore, the immediate surrounding areas did not feel secure, even during the day, making me apprehensive about staying there at night.
The lack of security and hospitality were enough reasons for me to have to find a last minute alternative accommodations. This experience was deeply disappointing, especially given that I traveled from another country and had expectations based on the marketing provided by Expedia, which did not match reality.

Dear Client,thanks for taking the time to share your experience about our Hotel, Just to high light some facts , our Hotel is in the main central station , we suppose that you knew about it before reserving that it's a traffic zone with lots of confusion because it's the biggest station Europe but it doesn't mean that it's unsafe , we don't see complains about cleanless or services , but all about feeling that you felt unsafe , you left the Hotel , and after 2 days you asked a full refund which is not possible because there's no reason for it , you left the review after refusing your request.ThanksRegardsHamza-Hotel Manager
