Scarsa dotazione di stoviglie e pentole per cucinare illuminazione dell’appartamento assolutamente insufficiente. il condizionatore presente nell’appartamento è di fatto inutilizzabile perché la finestra non è forata per immettere il tubo dell’aria che esce. Se si volesse utilizzare, bisognerebbe tenere la finestra aperta, vanificando di fatto l’effetto positivo. Il ventilatore presente è assolutamente insufficiente a fronteggiare il caldo nella stagione estiva; l’armadio è di fatto inutilizzabile. La parte bassa è piena di lenzuola, asciugamani e altre cose, per giunta sporche e disordinatamente tenute. La parte in alto non è in alcun modo raggiungibile; un solo asciugamano grande a disposizione; WI-FI inesistente, collegamento con WOW Fastweb non utilizzabile da computer portatile; check out assurdo. Abbiamo dovuto portare le chiavi in Via Monza che si trova ad un chilometro di distanza dall’appartamento presso un negozio gestito da un cinese

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!

Horrible experience !!! The staf (owner) is so unfriendly and the response is very slow. When we informed her about our arrival she told us that when we check in after 9 p.m we should be charged €20. Even in the website that is stated that check in will be charged only after 10 p.m. Then, in our booking should be there is free breakfast. But, then when we asked about breakfast, they simply told us that they have changed the rules. HOW COULD they just simply doing that even in our booking stated that we have a free breakfast ? And they also respond it awfully so late. We send message in the morning, and they answered it at night ! so unprofessional. We decide to let it because we dont want to ruin our holiday. We pay extra €30 for cleanning fee but the flat is so dirty. There is a toothpick in the bathroom's floor and every corner of the flat is dusty. We asked her by phone to give us receipt for cleanning fee €30 + latecharge fee €20 + tourist tax €12. The woman at phone was so rude, and the man who spokes with us (he said his name is Marco) said he will sent the receipt to our email. But until now, we never receive it. They simply lie for everything. Overall, this is a NIGHTMARE ! We used to travelling and rent a flat for our holiday, but we never experience such a horrible experience like this.

Appartement sur le toit d un immeuble securiser

Appartement propre et tres calme avec confort Ideal Moyenne Saison car JUILLET et AOUT avec grande chaleur pas de Climatisation helas ou je n ai pas trouvé! Le Reste est Super et Madame Guilla est agreable a la reception des clefs.
