Very noisy however it’s in the heart of the square essentially. Great location. You press a button when you find it and someone comes to let you in.
Do not let others in.
Walls need to be painted.
Was well stocked.

Great location, beautiful room, steps from Duomo
Posted 24 Jul 2024 on HotelsI loved it here! From the outside it doesn't look like a hotel. The steps going up to the room are a bit small but very doable. The lift is very old but adds character and I was able to use it very easily with the help of Chris who checked my family in for 2 rooms. The rooms were AMAZING. We had a city view and both rooms were next to each other with a balcony. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was big and spacious. It was nice to have a door to the balcony in the bathroom as well and I kept it open when I was getting ready. The coffee, tea and complimentary water was great as well. The fridge should have been cold tho as the waters were room temperature and what I put in the fridge didn't stay cold. Our room was really big and extremely comfortable. At night, I stayed up until midnight on the balcony people watching and watching the moon come up behind the Gucci sign in front of one of the buildings on the corner. The location was perfect. Many cafes and restaurants a few steps from the hotel! Literally right below my balcony! The Duomo was right behind us. We walked down a small corridor and saw it. The subway stations were right in the piazza where the Duomo is and also right below the balcony in the hotel. The large glass 2 doors were very thick and when closed, you couldn't hear the street noise below of the people or of the street cars. My only complaint was that I didn't book a longer stay for this trip to Milan!!! I will DEFINITELY be returning!!!
