"The only complaint I have for the 3 days we stayed there is that the chlorine smell in the pool area is WAY too strong. I've dealt with indoor and outdoor pool maintenance for the past 30 years and the smell should not be that strong. Either the ventilation is not working properly because it needs more, or there is too much chlorine being used. Both my husband's and my eyes were burning and swelling up from it being too strong. Only 2 other couples were there also and one had to leave because her eye was swollen shut. This is dangerous. The other couple had burning eyes. So ALL of us there had a problem. So something is wrong. Not good for kids or their lungs either. We could only swim once. It needs to be fixed. The rest of the hotel is beautiful , staff was wonderful, food was really good, but management pls fix this asap. Not healthy."

"The pool staff were incompetent. 1 staff member was sleeping on duty. Guests had to forcibly take tubes from each other to make them give them up due to lack of availability & poor "traffic control" on slides. Otherwise, the hotel staff was friendly & hotel was clean. Breakfast ran out of some items midway through, but it was adequate considering it was complimentary. "
The picturesque setting of Sherburne National Wildlife Refuge and Mora Lake showcase the area's natural beauty. During your stay, check out sights such as Mora Public Library, Mora City Hall, and Tosher Creek Wildlife Management Area. The lakeside setting and casinos are just some of the things to enjoy while you're in the area.
