Beautiful view and great atmosphere!
Posted 23 Jul 2024 on HotelsThis was much more than expected. The front desk was welcoming. The room was different but great, with ac. The wine was devine and the food was delicious, from the appetizer to the main course! We will definitely be back. We have to find a place like this in the states.

I was not impressed with the reception service. Also I asked for the room to be clean at 9:00 am and by 3:45pm the room still hadn’t been clean.

Hello and thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us.
To explain, we have to prioritize our departure and arrival rooms, as there is a time restriction by which there’s rooms have to be cleaned. After these, we move to do re-cleaning of occupied rooms. Since our check-out is till 11:00 ( a time you had enjoyed yourself by not being rushed out ), and check-in is from 15:00, we have to make priorities in cleaning plan. This by no means reflects on quality of cleaning service.

Pokoje čisté, jednoduché a hezké. V půl deváté večer nebyla možnost dostat v restauraci k vínu nic k jídlu, ani sýry, ani oříšky, prostě nic. Na snídani celkem široký výběr, ale nijak zvlášť nás nenadchla. Pěkné prostředí, zahrada a výhled ze zahrady.

The rooms were very spacious. Loved the layout. The breakfast was good. Liked the cat.
The staff were friendly
Easy walking distance to everything.
