I was not happy that this huge resort that was almost empty ( low season of November / floods) and yet I was assigned a room that had a door separating it from the next one ( junior suite) occupied by family with little kids. Annoyed little with noise. I would have complained but noise stopped around 9:00 PM which was bearable.
The staff were very friendly.

The stay in itself was good. However, the staff were not friendly in terms of directing us to our room and the room was available after 4pm.

It's located on a hill ! It's not beachfront or walking distance to the beach, you can see the ocean and it's a good 20mins walk down to the small pebble not suitable for swimming beach. Remember if you're walking down from your appartment to reception or the "beach" you will have to walk back up again. Not suitable for people who can't walk long distances and up and down hilly areas too. 2hrs extra for a late check out is not free, it's 30 euros ! Check out at 10 am. Ridiculous ! All branded hotels give you free late checkouts easily and happily. Asked for fresh towels, never received them, shower was blocked, no1 came to fix it after reporting it few times. Luckily there's a second shower. Room layout a bit strange. Large bed = 2 twin bed put together. Nothing to do in the area. There's a pool and onsite restaurant and a shop. Would not recommend this accommodation. This is not 5 star property. The only good thing was - the porters team was super nice and very friendly !

The Santa Barbara Heights accommodation was amazing, onsite bars and Safari restaurant were also very good .. loved our stay

This was our second stay and we really enjoyed having an apartment with a small kitchen, washer and dryer, balcony, etc. although it could’ve had a few more amenities in the kitchen. The staff were excellent. The pool was very nice.

Beautifully maintained property with stunning views
Safe, quiet, and walkable, with great dining options and views of the Mediterranean! Very caring staff, highly recommend!
