"We recently stayed at this hotel for a 3-day getaway, and it was fantastic. The hotel appears to be recently renovated, featuring clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was delicious and well-organized, ensuring each room knows exactly where to sit, which avoids any confusion. However, breakfast hours are a bit limited, running only from 8-9 AM. We have excepted much more from the food though, using frozen vegetable in meals, meals which should be served as hot was almost cold, instant taste in meals, etc... We had the same poor experience with food at hotel Konsel. It seems like both hotels in area are aware of being only ones with restaurants and are not bothered about quality of food...It is shame as mountain food has always been the best quality. "

"Super friendly and helpful staff, my husband and I got some trouble on our way to Jesenik, and the staff was super understanding and pacient with us! Loved the facilities, definitely a place to rest and decompress. The pool and sauna are amazing, and the views from there during the winter are incomparable. We will come back for sure! "Moc hezky hotel zvenci i uvnitr, vsude cisto a teplo, nic nam nechybelo, a vyuzili jsme i privatni wellness, bylo levne. Nedaleko byla sjezdovka, na niz jsme dosli v klidu pesky, v hotelu pak susarna s moznosti uskladneni snowboardu. Komunikace s pani spravcovou byla vyborna."
